In addendum to the last issues, Alfred Braxton, of House Braxton is hereby granted the Thanedom of Valdarr, and all titles that follow with. His son Edwin Braxton, by the blessing of both the King and the Warden, is appointed Sentinel of the Melting Lands, charged with its defense.
To this end, the following changes are made to taxation.
Jagar Tharnfire, of House Tharnfire, is requested to ensure a sum of no less than 300 Kura reaches the Averlash treasury per tax annum. Upon construction of a planned Watchtower, this number will rise to 400 Kura. 50 Kura of this sum is to go towards the construction of Siege engines, with which to defend Averlash from the Cult of the One.
Kiev Phirien, of the Phirien Order, is similarly requested to ensure a sum of no less than 200 Kura reaches the Averlash treasury per tax annum. Upon construction of a planned Watchtower, this number will rise to 300 Kura. 50 Kura of this sum is to go towards the construction of Siege engines, with which to defend Averlash from the Cult of the One.

Skyreach will provide a total of 600 Kura to the upkeep of the realm; this number includes 200 Kura which will be used to see to the maintenance and upkeep of the planned Adryn's Keep (Castle Sized Stronghold). 150 Kura of this sum is to go towards the construction of Siege engines, with which to defend Averlash from the Cult of the One.
All Thanes are encouraged to name a Castellan for their planned fortification.
