Why would you be fit for this role?:
I feel as if I would be fit for this role because I am responsible, but more important than that, wise. I am not bias, unlike many other staff members on other servers. I very much dislike people who tend to judge arguments based on people they favor. A job is a job. There is no favoritism towards a given party, even if they generally behave well. I will take care of my duties as administrator, and actually try to respect the job, not use it to abuse other players who didn't get admin. The position of admin should only go to someone who can, yes, be kind and fair, but also someone who isn't too intimidated to change something. I work very well with others, due to my ability to be patient, and somewhat understanding. I am also very mature, as I hope my previous statements have demonstrated, and I know when and what to do at the right moment. I also have an understanding of the commands needed to be Head Mod/Head Admin:
Admin Commands (Necessary)
/ban- Bans player for serious occasions, (large areas of grief, hacks, etc.)
/tempban- Temporarily bans the player for serious, but lighter occasions, (medium sized griefs, constant spamming, racism, etc)
/kick- Kicks a player off the server, usually for small annoyances.
/invsee- Sees inventory of specified player, allows you to remove items.
/co inspect- Inspects area of griefing, and who did it
/tempadd- Temporarily gives permission to user for certain command
/banip- Bans an ip address from the server.
/jail- Jails a player for a certain amount of time, annoying others.
/mute- Mutes a player, usually spamming
/seen- Checks out last logout time for a player
/socialspy- Allows you to check the messages between players
/tp- Allows you to teleport to player in assistance
/tphere- Teleports player to you.
/vanish- Hides you from other people, in order to check out what they are doing in secret.

How did you find Tale of Banners?- It's a very interesting server, which I like about it. This is one of the reasons why I want to be part of staff.

What is Roleplaying?- Role playing is when you play as main character/hero usually in video games, to save a princess/defeat an evil lord/both.
What is Metagaming?- Meta gaming is strategies or methods used in games to assist in battle or other actions.
What is Powergaming?-Its a certain style of interacting with games, usually particularly video games,
What is OOC, IC, and IRL?- OOC apparently stands for Out of Control, IC stands for In character, as in playing as someone else, and IRL, as everyone knows, stands for In real Life.
IC Information:

Characters Name- Gihndor.
Characters Age- 19
Characters Race- Human
Characters Sex (Male or female)-Male
Characters Biography (This is where you can get creative. Write down your characters story from birth to present time. Use lore and follow the server timeline, and events. Must be a minimum of 2 paragraphs long)-
Character Traits & Ambitions- Gihndor is a boy turning man, and is content with his small life. He lives with his sister in a small cottage, after his parents died to creatures called Beyonders. He desires to be a professor one day, and is accidently given the chance to be a hero when the Beyonders take his sister, and he sets on an epic quest to find her. He is a relaxed person, and uses his quick intelligence to defeat enemies. He has advanced knowledge in potions.
He is also known for being smart, and is quite cowardly. However, if something frightens his comrades, he will not hesitate to take the lead and fight the threat. He dreamed of attending the alchemy school in his village to educate the students, but the Beyonders took that away from him.
Characters Strengths and Weaknesses- He is weak in combat, and does not know much about fighting. He is not trained in swordplay, or any type of weapon mastery. However, he is able to craft and brew potions very well, and he knows which type will effect certain opponents.
He has been nicknamed, The Alchemist during his travels. He has a strength and a weakness of helping others when he sees them in trouble, which leads him into many traps, as smart as he is.
Characters appearance (Be descriptive)- He wears red glasses, and has a blue coat and red tie. He dresses like this because he aspires to be a professor one day. He has black hair, and a black-colored eye. He lost one of his eyes when Beyonders raided a village, and had it replaced with a rare emerald, which gave him an incredible amount of knowledge of potions.
He wears plain shoes and a white shirt under his coat. He bears a scar under his shirt when a wither skeleton slashed at him when he entered the [whatever you wish to call the Nether].
