If you don’t know any of the definitions feel free to look them up just make sure you understand them and write them in your own words.

What is Roleplaying?-
When you assume the role of a character you created and interact with his/her surroundings within a given realm.

What is Metagaming?-
When you use information that you learned Out Of Character to gain an advantage of some sort In Character. For example: A friend messages me via Skype saying my character’s enemy’s location. In character I “somehow” know and confront the enemy.

What is Powergaming?-
When you are role playing with someone and you take control of the whole situation. An example of this would be, Jonathan attempts to stab Bob in the back. Bob turns around and grabs Jonathan’s knife, twisting it out of his hand and thrusting it into his throat, instantly killing Jonathan.

What is OOC, IC, and IRL?- OOC
is an abbreviation for, “Out Of Character”. It mainly pertains to a chat area that has nothing to do with Roleplay. IC is an abbreviation for, “In Character”. Which is where you would be as your character, roleplaying and interacting. IRL is an abbreviation for, “In Real Life”. To simply put it, it’s reality or life outside of the game.
IC Information:
Here is where you actually describe and create your own character. Be realistic! Follow the lore, and make sure your character makes sense and is someone you want to play as.

Characters Biography (This is where you can get creative. Write down your characters story from birth to present time. Use lore and follow the server timeline, and events. Must be a minimum of 2 paragraphs long)

Kargun was born deep within the icy tundra of The Northern Summit. His mother died while giving birth to him. So Kargun’s father, Lufas, was forced to raise him alone. Many travelers who would be brave enough to try and observe Kargun wouldn’t come back after the visit. When he was 6 years old not many children or adults welcomed him with open arms, for he was easily angered and would end up sending a kid home crying and bleeding from his nose, thinking violence will make friends. Many of the other of his own race paid no mind to him. Other Grulken kids ignored Kargun and did not really want to be around him, causing Kargun to keep to himself and stay in his own shelter. Most of his time spent was trying to learn how to hunt and fight by watching his father slave away in the icy tundra in the flickering of Lufas’s torch light. Throughout his younger childhood led a solitary lifestyle, for now.
In his teenage years, he started to train under his father so he may be able to hunt for himself. Lufas taught him some ins and outs of how to successfully slay animals that called Northern Summit their home. But it was harder than Kargun expected. Lufas himself was a much feared Grulken, the mere sight of him would send an unaware animal or man running. His hulking body and slightly torn attire complete with a raggedy beard looked intimidating from far off.
One afternoon, Kargun goes deeper into the summit, searching for supplies to create a ranged hunting weapon while his father is out hunting. Kargun has been creating an abundant source of leather from the tanned hides his father brought home from previous hunting trips. Using a crude knife made from sharpened bone, he cuts and he slices, ties and pulls. The movements repeat themselves until he creates a loop of leather that thickens towards the middle then it thins out, creating some sort of sling.
After many months passed, he confronted his father to finally become a “man” by defeating his father in battle, by death or submission. Kargun and Lufas faced each other down in the middle of a barren field of tundra. Lufas’s clothes are made up of tattered hides, his arms like tree trunks and his height 8’7”. In each of his hands are bones that have been carved and sharpened into the shape of a sword. Lufas, being only a teenager, isn’t as muscular as his father, and is wearing nothing but a hide covering that hangs from his waist down to mid-thigh. The only weapons he has is a large bone that is used for clubbing and the sling he has made and a small skin pouch full of pebbles.
Kargun lets out a guttural grunt as he slams his fist into the center of his chest. “Mmm!” A sign of challenging of his opponent.
Lufas replies with a low growl, followed by a grunt and two thumps to the chest, accepting the challenge. “Errrr….hm.”
Lufas readies himself to charge whilst Kargun drops a few stones into the sling, beginning to swing it in a circular motion at his side. Lufas lets out a guttural war cry as he charges forward, brandishing his weapons. A bit unnerved, Kargun hesitates, taking a step back then quickly swings the sling, causing the stone to fly through the air and connect to Lufas’s skull, and an ear shuddering crack fills the vacant stunned silence of Kargun. Lufas sprawls out onto the ground, his body twitching as crimson blood stains the snowy ground. Kargun raises his club into the air, letting out a victorious cry to signal that he has won a battle. “RAAAAAA!” His booming voice echoed throughout the summit as he crushed the skull of his father’s body with his bone club.
As he grows into adulthood, Kargun began to explore further out of the Northern Summit to get bigger animals to hunt, wanting to know what has been around his home for the most of his life. Though, the travelers that Kargun has seen confuses him. Their clothes, weapons, and tongue are very interesting, yet they look very weak and puny. Hopefully Kargun will be able to try and gain some type of fellowship with these strangers instead of having enemies all of the time…like the Krelken.
Character Traits & Ambitions- Hardworking, stubborn, trustworthy to the trusted (But if he is crossed, he will never forgive them), and to protect the image of the Grelken.

Characters Strengths and Weaknesses- Strengths: Strong, pretty good with one handed heavy weapons, a pretty good strategist, well, for a Grulken. Weaknesses: Not too fast, stubborn, not very literate, and when angered, it is hard to calm him down.

Characters appearance (Be descriptive) -
(From head to toe) – Kargun’s hair is very unkempt and semi long. His eyes are a dark blue and have a fierce glare to them. His right cheek has a claw mark like scar. His mouth his slightly hidden due to his very unkempt and semi-long beard. Upon his chest is fur insulated tabard that he “borrowed” from a traveler. His arms are very thick and look muscular. His legs are slightly covered from a leather loincloth that stops right below the knees. His legs are muscular too, his height being 9’0”. Upon his back is a large bone that has been carved into a mace type weapon. His clothes are slightly ripped due to his physique. Though, sometimes he wears nothing but fur pelts and clothing made from animal skin, which most folk would consider, "normal" clothing.

Please provide an in game screenshot of your characters skin here…..

Your character finds themselves in the middle of an arena with nothing more than a robe on their back. As you character looks around there is what appears to be a spear on the ground approximately 15 meters ahead of them. They’re not the only person in this arena however, with several others scattered around the arena. Each member in that arena is trying to get that spear. How does you character survive this ordeal?

Kargun looks around, confused why he is here, letting out a displeased grunt. “Mm!” His brawny hands grip the robe upon his back and rip it in half so only his lower half is covered. Kargun lets the others fight and kill each other for the spear, avoiding all of the other opponents until there is at least one dead body. Kargun’s legs propel him forward as fast as he can, flecks of dirt flying behind each foot. His eyes dart to one of the dead corpses and grips it by its legs. One of the few attendees of the fight bolt towards him, the one that has been successful enough to get his hands on the spear. Kargun swings the corpse with two hands, letting out a guttural roar. “RAAAAAAGH!” The spear wielder hesitates in his stabbing attack, the spear being knocked out of his grasp, it skitters and is bumped into the wall. A look of bewilderment appears upon the weaponless man’s face as Kargun swings the corpse around by its right leg, the head of the dead body connecting with the victim, knocking him out cold. Kargun releases the dead body and bounds for the spear, huffing lightly as sweat glistens upon his forehead. Taking the spear into his right hand’s grasp, he examines it as he waves it around a bit. He shakes his head slowly, grunting softly. “Mm-mm..” He brings it over his knee and snaps it in half, bringing the shortened end with the spear tip into his left hand, disposing of the other half. Kargun spots only two left within the arena, thumping his chest four times as he shouts. “AH!” He points at both of them with the broken spear, motioning for them to come. The two men give the Grulken a look-over, deciding to team up against this mighty foe due to his size and strength. They halt their movements as they approach him, them being side by side. Kargun grins at the two of fighters, letting out a guttural chuckle, it sounding like two stones knocking against each other. “Hehehckk..” Suddenly, the one man dashes forward, aiming to punch Kargun in the stomach. His blow is successful, causing Kargun to growl lowly in pain. As he bends his body a bit, the other man musters up some courage and moves to uppercut the bent over Grulken in the face. Kargun’s nose dribbles blood as he staggers backwards from the blow, not expecting it. Slowly he stands to his full height, blood dribbling down his mouth and into his beard, clear anger across his face. He takes a deep breath and the two fighters look between each other, exchanging curious glances. Kargun lets out a blood curdling war cry at the top of his lungs, infuriated. “AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHH!” The two fighters jump, being un nerved and hesitant. Kargun charges forward with his broken spear in one hand, moving to stab the man in the throat. The man catches the hand that is stabbing, his arms trembling against his strength. The resistant man gives up, the spearhead embedding itself into the man’s throat with a ‘slick’ sound. The lone fighter trembles, looking to his dead ally as he takes a few steps back as the hulking Grulken stands up, slowly turning around, the blood in his beard and face. The lone fighter tries to reason with Kargun, stammering and lacking nerve. “N-Nok…n-n-nok.” He swallows, bringing his arms up in surrender. “G-Gechi?” Despite his attempt, Kargun shakes his head, letting out a loud grunt followed by a growl. “MMN..err…” Kargun approaches the man slowly, his footsteps audible with a ‘th-thump’. Kargun looks around the arena as he halts his movements, only two feet away from the man. The trembling man’s gaze is met by Kargun’s, his glare unforgiving as he wipes the blood from his nose that has dried over faintly. Kargun would suddenly hug the man tightly, not seeming threatening, at first. The lone fighter lets out a surprising. “Ehh!” as he is pulled into an embrace by the burly man. But as time progresses, his hugging gets tighter, then tighter and tighter. The man lets out a loud, pained scream as a loud crack is heard, his spine snapping in half from the force of the man’s hug. Kargun lets the man unfold from his grasp, raising his right fist into the air as he roars, his left hand thumping against his chest to signal that he is victorious. “GREEAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!” He breathes heavily as he lets his arms fall at his side.

Returning from the tavern after a long night of drinking, your character passes through the streets and alleyways on the short return home. However, on the way you hear a woman in distress coming from around the corner. The woman is being robbed and is clearly distraught. What does your character do next?

Kargun grunts lowly as he slowly unstraps his bone mace from his back, stepping around the corner. “Mm.” As he steps around the corner, he stops moving as his entire form comes into full view of the thief. The thief goes slightly pale, looking to Kargun, brandishing a mere dagger. Kargun lets out a rough chuckle as he looks to the puny dagger in comparison to his weapon. “Hiheeheck..” Kargun thumps his chest once, hefting up his bone mace up, readying himself as he slowly walks towards the thief. The thief smirks, thinking with his slow movement, robbing him will be easy. Disregarding the women, he sprints forward and aims to embed the dagger’s blade into Kargun’s leg. Kargun lets out a loud pained growl from behind his teeth. “GGgrrrrrr…” The thief tries to yank out the dagger from Kargun’s leg but it sticks within his thick leg, crimson running down his leg. Kargun moves to grip the man by his shoulders. The thief tries to duck under his grasp but is too slow, even for a Grulken. Kargun swings around and throws the thief into the wall, causing him to go unconscious as his head smacks off of the wall. Kargun sighs heavily as he looks to the woman, bowing his head once as he turns, limping away as he reattaches his mace to his back.

In the midst of battle, your character finds themselves next a wounded enemy soldier. The soldier is on the floor, clearly upset as he cradles one of his dead. The soldier then grasps at a cloth and removes it from the dead soldier’s pocket. He continues to cry, and starts calling the dead soldier's name is despair. Then the soldier glances up to see your character with sword in hand, but does not care of your approach, continuing to cradle the dead soldier. What does your character do next?

Kargun glances at the sword, then to the upset soldier, growling lowly. “Errrrmmm..” He raises the sword above his head and brings the hilt of it down onto the soldier’s head, knocking him out. Kargun tosses the sword away and hefts up the dead soldier and the wounded one, quickly bashing through anyone who gets in his way as he travels to the infirmary tent. Not caring if he is welcome or not, he sets them both down and sprints off to rejoin the battle.
