Do NOT post on reports / new reports in which you are not involved!
Only post in reports if you are directly involved in the situation in game or you are called in by a staff member.
- Only post appropriate content!
Posting any comments that do not directly address the report or that are in any way inappropriate will not be tolerated.
- Use the correct template!
All reports must be created using the template we provide below. Please also use the correct colour format as provided below, reports that do not follow our pre-made templates will be removed without warning.
- Provide accurate information!
Please always provide accurate information on a situation, this makes the ban report process much faster & give our moderators a much easier time. If insufficient information is provided we may not be able to continue with the ban report all together.
- Report titles!
When creating a Report thread, please always set the title as the following:
[Player Name] Rules Broken [Date & Time]
Photo or video evidence is required to be able to process a report. These are to be provided as soon as possible, videos are required to be unedited and posted publicly on the thread. Videos uploaded to YouTube must be set as not listed & be private. Staff will not accept evidence via private messages.
