If this was an old ban and you do not remember whom banned you please leave the banning admin/gm section blank!​

Rules:

• Always use the correct appeal format, failing to abide by this rule will mean in automatic decline.

• Always use the correct titling system as above, same consequences as rule 1.

• You are not allowed to post on an appeal unless you are the player who posted it or the Admin / GM involved / handling it. If you oppose / feel that something needs to be said about an appeal please PM the Admin / GM handling the situation

• If your friend is banned from the forums and in game you are not allowed to appeal on their behalf. They are banned on both platforms for a reason and will have to wait out their forum ban sentence for however long it may be.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a strike give to the offender.
