Why is this nation being created?
Windmere was one of the first player settlements on ToB. For a while it was independent. Later it was dependant to the Fintons of Valdarr. Recently, the settlement has become loyal to the Averlashi of Skyreach and Queen Mara. The nation of Vingaria is being established to manage the title of the Duchy of the Melting Lands and its beholden counties, as a vassal nation.
Future plans for the nation:
Remaining a vassal, possibly building a stronghold.
