Name: Rowan Evenwood
-
Age: 24
-
Culture: Oserian
-
Story & Biography: Rowan Evenwood a 6'2 young man approximately in his early 20's had a simple life before that terrible day. Rowan at the age of 16, was out in the woods with his friends hunting squirrels for that nights supper, after a full day of collecting the squirrels he headed home where he saw the town doctor speaking to his mother and leaving. As he entered the house he was greeted by his mother and blood relatives all with a sadden gaze. "What is wrong ma" -asked Rowan. His mother shed a tear and told him "You're Pa is very ill, the doctor said he must of ingested something poisonous and he won't survive the night.". Rowan gave his mother the squirrels and without a word he went to his Pa's side. "Now where does my boy get the thought of not cleaning his kills" -said Rowans father. Rowan looks to his Pa and begins to cry but before he spoke. " Boy wipe you're eyes and lift your chin up straight you are a Evenwood now act like it. It's true I'm not longed for this world but I'll always be with your Ma and you. When you need me my boy seek me out in your heart and mind and there you shall find me." - His Pa abruptly said, and coughing at the end. Rowen listened to his Pa and wiped the tears away and looked head on at his father. His father smiled and closed his eyes passing away a few hours later that night.
It's been two year's since his fathers passing and yet another terrible day... "Wake up Rowen wake up" -his mother yelled and swatted him. "The sun is high in the sky and you are supposed to accompany me to the market today" -She explained and smiled as he opened his eyes. "Your green eyes and the dirt brown hair reminds me of so much of him, that and just how lazy you are like him" -She'd laugh yet look of sadness in her eyes was obvious. It was a hot and busy day at the market nothing like Rowen's seen before. He was there with his mother to sell crops that his mother and him harvested from the farm they owned. "We won't get finished selling all this until late" -His Ma said. Rowen would look to her with a smile and told her that it would be fine and that plenty of people will want to buy the produce. Hours later as the sun met the horizon Rowen had to run into a nearby tavern to greet a woman he knew and liked for a year now. "She is beautiful and I can't wait for my grand babies" -His mother would tease. An hour later after he said his fair well to the young lady he exited the tavern to see his mothers cart abandoned. He'd walk the streets for awhile until he heard a distant scream. As he approached where he heard it from he would notice city guard standing over a dead man, it was obvious a guard killed him as the blade the guard was sheathing had blood along it. Rowen asked a guard and he said the man killed a woman in the allyway just next to us, it was a failed attempt to rob the lady and she was killed. Rowen quickly went to see who it was and as he saw the long braided hair he knew it was his mother....

Just before you're about to pass an alleyway, a hooded man rushes out of it and runs for it - seemingly, he has both a blade and some jewellery on him. You take a quick peek in the alleyway to see a feminine figure collapsed on the ground, holding her hands over a bleeding wound in her torso. The thief is about to escape and the woman seems in critical condition. You...
Answer: *Rowan rushes to the woman almost tripping over himself, as he kneels down to examine the wound he shouts for help.* "Everything will be alright, just listen to my voice and talk to me" -Rowan would say to the woman. *As he speaks to the woman he rips some cloth from his shirt and applies it to the wound with pressure.*
Question 2
You are on your way to the Korsian city of Telth to sell some wares. Upon reaching the front gates you are stopped by the guard. They deny you entry for the time being as the traffic into the city is too high. You are effectively forced to wait in the refugee camp located between the two gates for the time being. The camp is
filled with shopping stalls and refugees sleeping on the floor. How do you spend your time in the camp?
Answer: *Would sigh at the denial of entry yet understand* "Perhaps I should go see the wrares that the refugees have." -Rowan would say to himself quietly. *Upon looking through the wares that they had he'd try to haggle and see if they were willing to trade for his personal wares.*
Question 3
You've gotten lost and wandered awhile into Drahl lands, eventually finding yourself in Crookmire Swamp, where you decide to settle for the night. Finding a meal to buy for the evening takes some effort, but you do come across an old crone in ragged clothing, who offers to sell you some sea-looking food. She doesn't ask much, but warns you that eating it is 'unpleasant' to outsiders. You...

They continue to cry, and starts calling the dead soldier's name is despair. Then the soldier glances up to see you - with your weapon up - but does not care of your approach, continuing to cradle the dead soldier. You…
Answer: *Would stare at the wounded soldier feeling remorse and sorry* "Go home and retire, you don't need to die for men who don't fight their own battles and send men like us to die. Your friend met a sad end but be proud of him that he looked death in the face. -Rowan would say before sheathing his blade and jogs away.
Question 5
You have wandered across a seemingly endless tundra for what have felt like days. A raging snowstorm makes you unable to see more than a few meters ahead. Being almost out of resources, you are delighted to find out that you have stumbled your way to a village. Upon closer inspection you find out it's a Northern village, and the residents are not very friendly towards strangers. What do you do in this dire situation?
Answer: *Would stand clear of the civilians I'd walk directly to the chieftain explaining my situation and offering my services if he needed and in return only asking for shelter and a means to get food and ale* "My sword and strength is yours until I have means to return to my travels great chieftain." -Rowan would say kneeling.
