Theodore Quinn was born in a small town in the Larldom of Flintswood. His parents were Nobles, and his entire family and himself were respected by the town's community. Well, most of the community. One morning, when Theo was only 12, he was sent out feed the horses while his family ate breakfast, and then he would eat with his family afterwards. At the time, he was reluctant to, but it would actually save his life. He returned to his house to find that his entire family had been poisoned by peasants trying to steal their money. With nowhere to go, and his family's fortune stolen, Theodore found work on a farm with peasants. For the next two years, he searched the town for the people that killed his family. When he was 14, he finally found the murderers, and killed them. Word spread to all of Flintswood, and he was thrown out of the town. It was at this point that Theodore realized how corrupt and unjust his world was. People justified for killing nobles, but when someone takes revenge for them, they become outcasts? He saw this as unacceptable.
Theodore wandered the realm of Esna, trying to spread his ideas, to cause reform, and maybe even start a revolution. But, he had no such luck. One night, when he was 17, he was in the Principality of Grekra. Starving and freezing to death, he was lost in the wilderness. Losing consciousness, he found a barn in a big field, but he collapsed before he could get inside. In his last moments of consciousness, he saw a figure approaching him. He awoke in the barn to find that someone had nursed him back to health. The man he found was Kiyoshi Ishii, who was from the Principality of Tidsmith.
Theodore and Kiyoshi found out that they both have the same views on the world, and how it was corrupt and in need of reform. Over the next 3 years, the two set up a plan to try and spread their ideas to Esna to make it a better place. And now, they're finally ready to start their travels around the continent to make it a better place for all of its people.
(Please note although the character you apply with can commit illegal or immoral acts you cannot do these things on the server without an Intrigue application. This can be applied for once you are whitelisted.) Found here:

Question 2
You are on your way to the Korsian city of Telth to sell some wares. Upon reaching the front gates you are stopped by the guard. They deny you entry for the time being as the traffic into the city is too high. You are effectively forced to wait in the refugee camp located between the two gates for the time being. The camp is
filled with shopping stalls and refugees sleeping on the floor. How do you spend your time in the camp?
- I would interact with the people in the camp, and try to keep them safe from any danger. My main way to spend time in the camp would be to try and get people on my side, and get them to realize how their world isn't right. I would then encourage them to spread word to try and get reform, and maybe get a town in a better economic and social state.
Question 4
In the midst of battle, you find yourself approaching a wounded enemy soldier. The soldier is on the floor, clearly in terror as they cradle one of the dead. Enemy forces begin to advance in the distance and you know you have to act fast. The soldier then grasps at a cloth and removes it from the dead soldiers pocket. They continue to cry, and starts calling the dead soldier's name in despair. Then the soldier glances up to see you - with your weapon up - but does not care of your approach, continuing to cradle the dead soldier. You…
- I would spare the soldier, and send him back to his comrades in the forces approaching. I would tell him to get his friend's body after the battle, and that if he went with his forces and back into battle and encountered me, I would kill him. I wouldn't have done that because it would have been cowardly to kill someone while they were down, or because I felt bad for them. I would have spared the soldier because I only kill if I have a just reason for it, or if I was being attacked first.
Question 5
You have wandered across a seemingly endless tundra for what have felt like days. A raging snowstorm makes you unable to see more than a few metres ahead. Being almost out of resources, you are delighted to find out that you have stumbled your way to a village. Upon closer inspection you find out it's a Northern village, and the residents are not very friendly towards strangers. What do you do in this dire situation?
- I would present myself in a kind manner, and try to make myself liked by the residents for the time I would be saying there. However, I would try to keep my ideas to myself, in case it angered anyone in the village. Overall, I would help where I could in the village, and try to keep morale high.
